CT Technologist - PRN

Position CT Technologist/Rad Tech – Per Diem/PRN/As Needed – $45.00 per Hour – Sign On Bonus $2,500.00 Location Cincinnati, OH About the Hospital Select Specialty Hospital-Cincinnati North is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic, fluoroscopic, and CT exams on patients both in the department and with portable equipment. Float between CIRH and IRH units as needed. Explain procedures to patients and create a comfortable environment. Use proper patient positioning and technical factors to produce quality diagnostic studies. Operate a CT scanner to produce cross‑sectional images of desired anatomy. Administer contrast media as directed and monitor patients for adverse drug events, reporting accordingly. Perform routine quality assurance on equipment and identify basic malfunctions. Perform clerical duties as needed, such as answering phones. Minimum Qualifications At least 2 years experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist and current state license. At least 1 year experience as a CT Technologist (not including school). ARRT or CMRT certification. BLS certification. Current with continuing education in all fields of licensure. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating facility‑specific equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
