About the Role
Join the founding team of an early-stage AI recruiting startup as a hands-on operator working across strategy, operations, growth, and product. You will take ownership of high-impact projects and help improve how candidates connect with startup opportunities.
What You'll Do
Lead founder-priority projects from planning through execution, including new market initiatives.
Improve the candidate experience, funnel conversion, and hiring outcomes.
Build and refine scalable operational processes and systems.
Support go-to-market work through messaging, experiments, and partnerships.
Turn feedback from candidates and hiring companies into actionable product priorities.
Switch independently between operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
Comfort with ambiguous work and the ability to drive projects independently across different functions.
Strong judgment, clear communication, and an interest in building within an early-stage AI and recruiting environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, United States.
