Mains’l Services is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower people in their homes and communities. If you are compassionate, reliable, and ready to make an impact, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00/hour - $21.50/hour based on level of support

• Full-Time and Part-Time Options available

What You’ll Do:

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May:

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)

• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments

• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).

• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.

• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.

• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn

• 18 years or older

• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
