RN - PCU

PCU Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced PCU Registered Nurse to float between two facilities. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work at both assigned locations. This role requires wearing Navy scrubs and adherence to strict background check standards. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility in shifts and departments to expedite the hiring process.

Schedule

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed. Please note that there may be a possibility of shift cancellation by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
• Monitor and assess patient vitals and conditions.
• Administer medications and treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience.
• Life support certifications from recognized providers (AHA, ARC, or ASHI).
• Active and valid Arizona state license with no hits.
• Completed PCU skills checklist within the last 12 months.
