In this role, you will help maintain a safe and well-organized campus environment while providing exceptional service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Patrolling assigned campus parking lots and facilities Providing directions and parking guidance to visitors and members of the campus community Enforcing university parking regulations through the issuance of citations when necessary Assisting with vehicle impounds and related parking enforcement activities Responding to parking-related questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Utilizing iPads, citation printers, radios, and mobile devices to perform daily duties Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work outdoors, typical shift time 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to walk for extended periods and maintain awareness of surroundings Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer experience Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Detail-oriented with the ability to learn and effectively use technology, including iPads, citation printers, and radios Additional Information Pay Rate: $17.50/hour The University of Notre Dame seeks to attract, develop, and retain the highest quality faculty, staff and administration.
