Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with families, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients.
- Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company policies, including conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide effective group and individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of assigned clients.
- Document progress notes, goal-setting, and discharge plans in a timely and detailed manner, contributing to comprehensive care records.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized aftercare plans that enhance the likelihood of successful transitions following therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families dealing with relational issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Your experience and training will enable you to provide support tailored to the specific needs of various age groups and backgrounds, ensuring holistic and culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- An active LMFT license issued by the State of Washington.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical environment, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic processes.
- Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality regarding all client interactions.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, allowing for effective dialogue with clients, families, and other professionals.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working within integrated care models or multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care approaches.
- Prior experience in outpatient settings with a focus on individual and family therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and credentials. Additionally, the organization provides a host of benefits, including:
