Responsibilities What We’re Looking For: If you’re an organized, detail oriented self starter who loves keeping things moving smoothly, you’ll be excited about the opportunity to join Iridium as our Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a standout experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. In this role, you’ll coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain recruiting information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate pre-hire candidate assessments, and perform a variety of other activities that help keep our recruiting process running efficiently. What You’ll Do: Coordinate individual and panel interviews, including scheduling, sending calendar invitations and interview details, coordinating interviewer availability, and assisting with onsite interview logistics Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, logisitics and directions, and other routine recruiting information, escalating questions or issues to the appropriate Talent Acquisition team member as needed Assist with maintaining candidate and requisition information in the ATS (currently ICIMS), including completing required application steps, coordinating manual job postings, and removing postings for closed or filled positions Administer Predictive Index (PI) assessments by sending communications, tracking completion, and following up with candidates, hiring managers, and team members on outstanding assessments Distribute interview feedback forms and follow up with interviewers to help ensure required feedback is completed in a timely manner Assist with administrative activities related to contractor conversions, internal employee moves, and offer preparation, following established processes and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team when additional support is needed Provide administrative and logistical support for recruiting events and other Talent Acquisition activities, including preparing materials, coordinating shipments, and assisting with onsite events as needed Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, or a related field Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to follow established processes and procedures and complete work accurately and on time Comfortable working with computer systems and learning new technologies and processes Ability to work effectively as part of a team and ask questions or seek assistance when needed Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and employee information Things ThatWould beGreatif You Brought to the Table: Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS Interest or experience in supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition activities Interest or experience in coordinating interviews, assessments, career fairs, or other recruiting events Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or customer-facing environment We’ll also need you to: Be able to travel periodically to support career fairs, recruiting events, or other business needs ADA and EEO Work Environment: This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer. Under Iridium’s Hybrid Work Policy, employees are expected to work at least four days per week (approximately 80%) in an Iridium office to support collaboration, relationship-building, and professional growth. Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 USD Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors and this range represents an estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Base salary is only one part of our compensation package for this role.You may also be eligible for company stock and annual bonus.
