Daniels Health is seeking a field-focused Program Manager to lead account strategies in Michigan and to drive exceptional service at leading healthcare facilities. This role emphasizes client education, KPI-driven audits, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety and compliance. You will educate clinical staff, conduct KPI reviews, and work with operations, sales, logistics, and finance to achieve safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance goals.
