POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES Discharge planning; Utilization review; Dealing with all payers, including uninsured and homeless; Completing Initial assessments. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA RN license BSN BLS 2 years recent acute hospital experience in specialty DC Planning and UM/UR experience Must be familiar with Interqual Must have prior Dignity experience to be considered LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 Weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Between 8-5pm (8hr days); EOW with at least one full weekend per month SYSTEMS Cerner / Interqual START DATE ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
