Get Out of the Office and Into the Automotive Industry Pro-MotionPix is hiring a Dealership Inventory Specialist to work with automotive dealerships throughout the Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and San Jose areas. This is a full-time field position that keeps you moving throughout the day. Rather than working at one location, you'll travel to assigned dealerships, work with dealership employees, handle vehicles, and complete inventory-related assignments. Photography experience is not required. We provide paid training and show you exactly how to use our equipment and follow our process. The position is structured and hands-on, with an emphasis on staying organized, completing your route, communicating with dealership staff, and maintaining consistent quality. Your Responsibilities Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle Check dealership lots for vehicles scheduled for service Locate vehicle keys and confirm vehicle availability Move vehicles to designated staging areas when necessary Capture vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone and app Communicate with dealership personnel about missing vehicles, keys, or inventory questions Follow up with dealership staff to resolve issues and keep assignments moving Complete daily assignments according to established procedures Maintain quality and accuracy while working efficiently Work outdoors and walk dealership lots throughout the day Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at each location Is This Job a Good Fit for You?
