Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Therapist, located in Eldorado, IL. The Behavioral Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to adults, children, and families. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, applying counseling techniques, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will also work closely with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Psychology background Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field 2 years experience in counseling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team LCPC or LCSW in Illinois Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Illinois Healthcare
