Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South End, Boston Ma for a Retail Store Manager - Market Manager. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and partnering with local business partners on events, hiring and training store product specialists, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, organizing product displays, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and communicating effectively with team members and customers. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Experience in the world of dance personally or through previous work experience Proficient in Store Management and Inventory Management.
