The  Violand Agency is expanding to Sarasota , and we're looking for motivated, personable professionals to join our growing team.

Whether you're an experienced insurance professional, a licensed agent looking for your next opportunity, or someone with strong sales and customer service experience ready to build a career in insurance, we'd love to meet you.

As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with clients, help them navigate their insurance and benefits needs, and play an important role in growing the agency.

Because this is a  new Sarasota location , you'll have the opportunity to get in early, build relationships within the community, contribute to the growth of the office, and grow alongside the team.

The Violand Agency will reimburse the cost of your required insurance licensing for qualified candidates.

You don't need to have your license before applying. If you have the personality, drive, professionalism, and desire to build a career in insurance, we're willing to invest in your success and help you get started.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
• Help clients understand available products and services
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Connect with prospective clients and help expand the agency's portfolio
• Maintain accurate client records and account information
• Prepare sales and account activity reports
• Handle account paperwork, invoices, orders, and other administrative responsibilities
• Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional client experience
• Stay current on insurance products, services, and industry knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply.

Insurance experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you're new to the industry but have the right attitude, communication skills, and desire to succeed, we'll help you develop the knowledge you need to grow.
