Operations Manager

We’re always looking for talented people to join our team! ABOUT THE ROLE Senior Operations Manager We are seeking a software QA engineer to validate ENvue software releases, ensuring stability and compliance. Lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S). Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle from raw material procurement through finished goods distribution. Build and manage supplier relationships, including qualification, audits, and performance reviews. Partner with R&D, QA, and Product teams to support new product introductions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 8–12 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 5 years in medical device leadership. Preferred Experience Lean Six Sigma certification, NPI in regulated environments, and Class II/III device manufacturing. Personal Attributes Strategic thinker, team builder, and data-driven decision-maker with deep regulatory knowledge.
