Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Nurse to join our esteemed rehabilitation team. This state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital specializes in the care and recovery of patients who have faced severe injuries or illnesses, providing them with individualized treatment plans throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to the needs of patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
• Maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Guaranteed weekly hours are 48.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a rehabilitation nurse.
• Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
