This role leads complex IT sourcing initiatives with a strong emphasis on negotiations, development of sourcing strategies, and execution of high value agreements. The role is accountable for driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and business continuity across IT services and software portfolios./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliLead end to end strategic sourcing initiatives for IT services and software, including sourcing strategy development, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract execution./liliDevelop and implement IT sourcing and category strategies aligned with technology roadmaps, business priorities, and enterprise cost reduction and efficiency objectives./liliLead and execute complex negotiations, including:/liulliSystems Integrators (SI) and large scale transformation programs/liliManaged Services and outcome based delivery models/liliEnterprise and mission critical software agreements/liliComplex Statements of Work (SOWs) with layered SLAs and service credits/li/ulliPartner closely with IT and business stakeholders to support demand planning, forecasting, and sourcing decisions that ensure service continuity and risk mitigation./liliApply market intelligence, benchmarking, and cost modelling to inform sourcing strategies and strengthen negotiation outcomes./liliDrive contract utilization, value realization, and savings delivery through governance, performance metrics, and ongoing supplier engagement./liliSupport Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives./li/ulh3Required Experience Qualifications/h3ulli7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement within IT / Technology environments./liliProven experience leading complex negotiations for IT services and software, including Systems Integrators, Managed Services, and enterprise scale agreements./liliDemonstrated experience in the development and execution of sourcing and category strategies for IT portfolios./liliStrong background negotiating complex IT Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing models, SLAs, and commercial frameworks./liliExperience delivering measurable cost savings, efficiency gains, and continuity of service through sourcing initiatives./liliStrong ability to manage and influence senior IT and business stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills Abilities Required:/h3ulliUniversity degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field/liliA minimum of five (8) years of progressively responsible and related sourcing experience in the TIS Category, specifically Software, Hardware and TIS services./liliSuperior communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong influencing and persuasive talents/liliExperience negotiating substantially large Software, Hardware and TIS service agreements and managing sourcing initiatives./liliAbility to monitor and manage supplier relationships and performance with minimal supervision/li/ul/div
