Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth

Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing. Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels (e.g., telephone, email, in‑person meetings) to prospects. Preferred qualifications Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment. Experience in media across a variety of platforms (e.g., TV, Radio, Print, Sponsorship, etc.). Experience influencing advertisers, agencies, and clients, including executive‑level stakeholders. Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously, with the ability to multitask and assess and solve client needs via business techniques, including effective questioning, and objection handling. Knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube account management, with the ability to manage advertising or media campaigns. Ability to succeed in a changing environment, with excellent creative thinking and problem‑solving skills. As a Digital Strategy Lead within the Accelerated Growth team, you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem to set them up for sustainable growth on platforms. The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of businesses by identifying growth drivers, mitigating risks, and building quarterly strategic plans. Drive business expansion by delivering a positive customer experience and achieving specific marketing goals. Own the full cycle business process by driving customer outreach, pitches, solution implementation, and performance evaluation. Partner with internal account teams to accelerate business growth and coach teammates on skills that cultivate long‑term success. Lead executive‑level engagements and strengthen stakeholder relationships through strategic meetings, business reviews, and speaking engagements.
