Position Details

• Role: Primary Care Physician (Adult, 18+)
  
  
• Location: Enfield, CT
  
  
• Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
  
  
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
  
  
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
  
  
• Call: Phone call only, averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
