Account Manager / Sales

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• --Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact and personalized service.
• --Understand clients' business goals and technology requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• --Lead negotiations to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• --Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads.
• --Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities.
• --Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support client onboarding processes.
• --Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to provide expert advice.

Requirements

• --Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales within a B2B environment.

• --Strong negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and customer satisfaction.
• --Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot is a plus.
• --Familiarity with sales technology adoption, sales automation technologies, and call center operations.
• --Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• --Background in technology sales or technical sales experience preferred; knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is essential.
• --Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and client communication strategies.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year

$45k to $55k base plus commissions - Potential $100k+
