FP&A Analyst

A global organization focused on media, entertainment and sports is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This role supports a blend of financial planning and analysis, financial systems management, and the adoption of emerging digital tools within the finance function. It is a hands‑on position involved in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and maintaining finance systems, while also contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives. The role requires comfort working across spreadsheets, planning platforms, and data tools, with an interest in enhancing how finance teams leverage technology to improve efficiency and decision‑making. Note this role requires that you work 3‑days a week in office. Snapshot of Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and financial analysis, including variance reporting and ad hoc insights. Produce periodic reporting packs and partner with stakeholders to track performance and support decision‑making. Maintain ERP/FP&A systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, user access, and issue resolution. Drive efficiencies through process improvements, automation, and adoption of emerging tools and technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions. Ideal Profile 3-4 years’ experience in Corporate FP&A or analysis A strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling SAP experience ideal Hoxton Circle is an equal opportunity employer.
