Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best-practice methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive processes, and daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers strategies to support continuous progress at home
• Document and Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the pathway to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Pursuit of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) credentials required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
