What You’ll Do

• Residential HVAC diagnostics and repair
• System maintenance and tune-ups
• Equipment replacement recommendations when genuinely warranted
• Commissioning new installations
• Educating homeowners honestly and professionally
• Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle
• Building long-term customer relationships through trust—not pressure

Compensation

Market-Based Hourly Pay

Competitive hourly wages based on experience, certifications, and technical ability.

Typical Range:

$35–$50+ per hour

Higher compensation considered for exceptional technicians with advanced diagnostic skills and strong customer satisfaction history.

Overtime available during peak season.

Performance Bonuses

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Can confidently diagnose electrical and refrigeration issues
• Has excellent customer communication skills
• Takes pride in clean workmanship
• Wants long-term career growth
• Values integrity over high-pressure sales
• Enjoys helping build a company instead of simply working for one

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Arizona Driver License with clean driving record
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, split systems, and package units
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools
• NATE certification (preferred but not required)
