We are immediately hiring for Experienced Maintenance Technicians for property management!
Job Description
Currently looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician . We are looking for hardworking, reliable, trustworthy candidates to work in the Property Management Industry!
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate the time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
General Job Duties
- Interior /Exterior Painting
- Appliance Repair
- Turns
- Prepare and Complete Service Request
- Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
- Update Inventory Logs
- Troubleshooting Repair Issues
- Install Locks/Make Keys
- Maintenance Team Support
