You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities, partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact, and support sales enablement, growth strategies, product launches, and pricing. This role is vital to Firetrace's overall strategy, goals, and growth initiatives as the company expands internationally.Gather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedbackSupport product launch planning and executionPartner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoptionDevelop product requirements and business casesManage projects for key customer initiativesMonitor product performance and recommend improvementsHelp prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fitBachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience.
