- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform service repairs on residential and commercial systems
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water, drain, and gas piping systems
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair and replacement options to customers
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a clean and professional manner
- Participate in weekend and on-call service rotations
- Collaborate with team members to support company goals and customer satisfaction
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing service experience
- Must live within 30 miles of La Habra, CA
- Must possess own hand tools
- Valid driver's license
- No more than 2 driving tickets on record
- No DUI convictions
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and participate in on-call rotations
- Commercial plumbing service experience
