Job Description Job Description Electrical Assembly Technician Manufacturing $17.00 per hour ($18 per hour once hired FT) Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, & Friday 6:30am-12:30pm Gahanna, OH Temp to Hire Why You’ll Love This Job: After being hired on, the following benefits are offered: Competitive pay increases and $1,000 retention bonus within the first year PTO and paid holidays, as well as health benefits On site gym for full time employees Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment Overtime opportunities available Shift differentials offered for nights/ weekends What You’ll Do: Assemble electrical and electronic systems, components, and subassemblies in a manufacturing environment Inspect and test wiring, circuits, and completed assemblies for quality and functionality Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Adjust, repair, or replace electrical components as needed Clean, mark, tag, and prepare parts or assemblies for shipment Operate hand and power tools including drills, cuttler, calipers, saws, and rivet tools Support material distribution and workflow within the production cell Collaborate with leads and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in electrical, electronic, or manufacturing assembly Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and written work instructions Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment Strong communication and reliable work ethic Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Basic computer skills Must be dependable with the ability to flex schedule as required Apply Today!
