Manage a diverse patient population including trauma, cardiac, pediatric, and orthopedic emergencies. Collaborate with APP coverage and specialty support services including Cath Lab, ICU, Neurosurgery, and OB/GYN. Perform emergency procedures as required (e.g., intubation, central line, chest tube). Ensure compliance with hospital policies, credentialing requirements, and quality standards.
