Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room. The role involves direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will care for patients with a variety of medical conditions and emergencies. Effective communication with the healthcare team and patients is essential. Candidates must demonstrate clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities include managing IVs, administering medications, and performing assessments. The applicant should be proficient in handling ventilated patients and managing central lines. Charge nurse experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team. The role requires the ability to manage patient ratios effectively.
