Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Our client is a well-established, PE-backed insurance carrier that is looking to grow their business and take their Life & Annuity business to the next level. They're seeking an executive leader to join them and oversee their Finance department and partner with the CEO and the board. This is a true C-level position where you'll be making strategic decisions that might greatly impact the company. The ideal candidate can come from either a Finance or Actuary background, and should bring: Insurance Experience Life and annuity experience required. P&C experience is a big plus AM Best Having experience with AM Best is crucial to the position Ideally want someone who: Has credibility with AM Best. Can present effectively to rating agencies. Demonstrates strong leadership and governance. Can help elevate organizational structure and controls. Reporting & Systems Strong statutory reporting background. Experience with GAIN accounting statement software is highly desirable. Familiarity with NetSuite is preferred. Interest in candidates who understand: AI applications within NetSuite. Process automation opportunities within accounting and finance functions. Leadership Seeking someone who can: Lead an organization. Build confidence with regulators and rating agencies.
