Position: Field Marketing Manager - We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive customer outreach efforts. No Selling!

▪Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
▪Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
▪Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
▪Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
▪Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Requirements:
▪Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
