They maintain accurate claim records, monitor claim progress, and ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations across multiple states. On a daily basis, this individual coordinates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate timely claim resolutions, assists with OSHA recordkeeping, and supports accident investigations when workplace incidents occur. They also participate in claim review meetings with insurance brokers and carriers, helping identify trends and opportunities to improve claim outcomes and reduce risk.
