US Product Implementation Analyst

Overview Purpose of the role: To manage the scoping and implementation of products and services for newly onboarded and existing clients globally, helping clients leverage our product capabilities and delivering income for the business. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement products/services that meet client requirements. Define, agree and execute project management plans to meet client and internal stakeholder needs. Coordinate day‑to‑day implementation activities, maintain regular communications with stakeholders and monitor progress against plan. Identify, assess and manage risks/issues that may affect delivery of project objectives. Provide subject matter expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation project lifecycle. Act as a conduit to other subject matter experts across the business to ensure swift and accurate resolution of complex queries and issues. Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for change across business areas and operations. Develop reports on performance and communicate trends and findings to senior leaders. Identify industry trends, support development of operational best practices and inform product/service development. Participate in projects and initiatives to improve client service/implementation efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Cash Management experience, including ACH, SWIFT, Lockbox, and Check Imaging. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and internal stakeholders. Proven analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with experience managing client issues and driving resolution. Previous experience supporting electronic banking or digital channel implementations, and understanding of client onboarding and adoption processes. Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and support successful client outcomes. Expertise in planning, organization and process management, including implementation of tools, controls and operational processes to support business objectives. Strong risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job‑specific technical skills relevant to the role.
