Phlebotomist I

Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Daytona Beach, FL . This is a full-time, 13-weeks contract.


Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative (Phlebotomist) is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow established safety, quality, and infection control procedures.
• Deliver professional, compassionate patient care and excellent customer service.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Travel to nearby patient service centers or physician offices as business needs require.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of direct phlebotomy experience

• Location: Daytona Beach, FL
• Job Type: 5+ months contract
• Pay Range: $19.85 - $21.26 hourly
• Shifts: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (6:30 AM-3:30 PM) & Every 3rd Sat: 6 AM-12 PM
