Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate scheduling coordinator to become a part of our team where our primary goal is to provide exceptional care to our residents. About the Role: Willow Crossing Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to- Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained Replace staff call-ins and call-offs Schedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of Nursing Coordinate records of absenteeism, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.
