???? Location: Energy Drive, Mankato, MN
???? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
???? Starting Pay: $18.20 – $21.84/hour (based on experience)

???? What You’ll Do:- Develop and lead engaging, person-centered day service plans for individuals with disabilities.
- Provide direct support, including personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
- Foster independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and community partners.
- Track service activities and ensure program effectiveness.
- Recruit and engage volunteers to support program delivery.
- Computer & Cell Phone Provided
- 12 Paid Holidays per year
