Perform testing and quality checks using various measuring and inspection tools. Identify defects and quality concerns and communicate findings to production and leadership teams. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions. Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process. Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure customer expectations are met. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Quality inspection or quality assurance experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret specifications and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Basic computer skills. Ready to Join the Team?
