Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

$110,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission


We are recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager for a leading global freight forwarding and logistics provider. This role will focus on winning new business across international air and ocean freight while developing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new freight forwarding customers
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting and negotiations
• Collaborate with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM

Requirements

• Sales experience, within freight forwarding
• Proven record of generating new logistics business
• Knowledge of international trade, air freight, ocean freight, or customs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM software, ideally Salesforce

Package

• $110,000 base salary + Uncapped Commission
