As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a home products location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site procedures for entry, delivery, and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Complete activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
