Croker Fire Drill Corporation, part of the Altus Fire & Life Safey family of companies, located in Hauppauge, NY, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team!  The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate documents and data entry.

The compensation for the role is $50,000 annually. Responsibilities

• Work closely with Director of Healthcare Services.
• Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in revenue and find success as a group.
• Create strategies, prepare, and complete a sales / marketing action plan.
• Sustain rapport with key accounts by communicating periodically (re: new business).
• Solicit and procure new business.
• Generate and follow up on business leads.
• Monitor industry news and market developments.
• Track and provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
• Conduct custom marketing/sales campaigns for a potential client that consist of emails, phone calls, and standard mail correspondence.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
• Ensure timely completion of work.
• Answer Office Phones - respond promptly to requests for assistance and inquiries.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote services across various platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram).
• Create engaging content, including posts and graphics, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to website.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands descripted here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the Team Member is regularly required to talk and listen.  The Team Member is frequently required to sit at a desk for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle and feel and reach with hands and arms. Seeing, repetitive motion and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds at a time are required for this position.
