About the Position

Leli Vistas is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Danville, California.

This position is ideal for a construction English and Spanish speaking professional with at least 3 years of industry experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow their project management skills. The Junior Project Manager will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects while working closely with project leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.

We are looking for someone who understands construction operations, communicates well, stays organized, and can help keep projects moving on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management and coordination of construction projects

• Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel

• Review project plans, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation

• Track project progress and communicate updates to project leadership

• Help identify scheduling, material, or subcontractor issues before they impact project timelines

• Coordinate material ordering and deliveries

• Attend project meetings and assist with documenting action items and follow-up

• Support project cost tracking and budget management

• Maintain organized and accurate project records

• Assist with quality control and ensure work is progressing according to project plans and expectations

• Work closely with field teams to resolve project issues efficiently

• Help ensure projects comply with applicable safety requirements and company standards

• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience required
  
  
• Previous experience in project coordination, assistant project management, project engineering, or a similar construction role preferred

• Working knowledge of construction processes, terminology, plans, and specifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable communicating with subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and management

• Ability to read and understand construction plans and project documentation

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project management technology

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Compensation

$70,000–$100,000 per year , depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated construction knowledge.
