Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver's license as a company van will be provided.This role will require the ability to drive to the following locations for assignments:MiamiAventuraBal HarbourWellingtonWest Palm BeachPalm BeachSawgrassThe FallsDadelandBoca RatonCoral GablesFort LauderdaleHollywoodMiramar BeachResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.Must have experience with:Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilitiesReporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional teamConstruction cleanupsCarpet extractionsStrip and Wax, Buffing floorsPressure washingWindow cleaningHi-low dustingGeneral office cleaning Training and recruitment of cleaning staffReporting hours to payrollBilingual English and Spanish skills requiredFlexibility with working hours.
