If you're energized by accountability, collaboration, and delivering results that matter, this is your opportunity to lead projects that make a difference.You will need to live within commuting distance to Stryker's Flower Mound, TX office and be onsite 3 days per week.What You Will DoLead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt chartsDefine and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsDevelop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniquesAssign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverablesCreate and execute stakeholder and communication management plansCollaborate on procurement planning and vendor selectionProvide performance feedback to functional managers and support team developmentOwn project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goalsWhat You Will NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 6 years of relevant project management experienceProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelinesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentPrevious medical device industry experienceExperience with software project management and experience with AI technologyExperience collaborating with international partners across the businessExperience in regulated or quality-driven environments$112,900 - $188,100 USD AnnualTravel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
