Location & Schedule Constraints (Critical)

• Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
• Preferred States: Candidates must reside in one of the following: AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (excluding NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (excluding Seattle), or WI.

Pay: $20/hr-$25/hr

Job Summary

The HEDIS Medical Record Collector works collaboratively to outreach to providers and pursue medical records via phone, fax, mail, and electronic systems. You will play a pivotal role in the annual HEDIS audit by organizing and uploading data into our internal databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provider Outreach: Coordinate the identification and pursuit of medical records through various channels.
• Data Management: Collect and upload records into the HEDIS application with high accuracy.
• Project Support: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet high-visibility deadlines.
• Field Work: Perform onsite medical record collection as required.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience (Customer Service or Administrative).
• Technical: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Logistics: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record for potential onsite visits.
• Home Office: Must have (or be able to set up) dual monitors and a docking station .
