Summary Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing.Essential DutiesResponsible for inspecting & repairing high end quality furniture is free from defectsResponsible for ensuring color match is correctResponsible for all facets of the wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressingUses a variety of machines including but not limited to rub machine & pallet jack, as well as operates numerous hand toolsMust follow all safety policies and proceduresAll other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious finishing experience a plusPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
