SAP ABAP Developer

We are looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer who will work on complex SAP ABAP development projects, as well as lead and mentor a team of junior developers. You will collaborate with teams across different geographies and work on SAP's latest technologies, including S/4HANA and Fiori , to deliver high-quality solutions that align with clients' business needs. As part of our team, you’ll take ownership of the technical activities assigned to you, while progressively increasing your autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Technical Development & Implementation : Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement SAP solutions using ABAP , ABAP Objects , WebDynpro , IDocs , BAPIs , Enhancements , Snotes , and other SAP technologies. SAP Integration : Customize and integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems, working with technologies like PI/PO , S/4HANA , and SAP Fiori . Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring system stability and performance. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead a team of junior developers, providing mentorship, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best coding practices. Project Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions and deliver projects on time. Documentation & Testing : Develop and maintain technical specifications, test cases, and project documentation, ensuring the quality of the delivered product. New Technologies : Stay updated with new SAP technologies and industry best practices, incorporating these into project solutions and advising on improvements. Project Planning : Participate in project estimation, planning, and status reporting, proactively escalating issues to management as needed. Qualifications: Experience : 3+ years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a solid understanding of SAP technologies. SAP Expertise : Proficiency in ABAP , ABAP Objects , BAPIs , IDocs , Enhancements , WebDynpro , and experience with PI/PO integration. S/4HANA & Fiori : Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations and SAP Fiori for user experience enhancements. Database Knowledge : Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and familiarity with data formats like XML or JSON . Problem-solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot complex development issues and optimize performance. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Mentoring : Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to their technical growth and professional development. Project Delivery : Experience in project planning, estimation, and delivering solutions in collaboration with a global team.
