What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment
• Managing the overall operation of large-scale manufacturing machinery: feeding materials, adjusting settings, and performing minor repairs
• Pulling finished product from the line and checking operation results against predetermined tolerances
• Following process sheets and written/verbal instructions from supervisors
• Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy

• Have basic technical knowledge or are eager to learn through specialized education or training
• Are able to follow clearly defined procedures, guidelines, and instructions
• Can perform routine manual tasks and make straightforward decisions
• Are detail-oriented and able to inspect products against set standards
