Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Air Dominance Business Office is seeking an experienced and motivated financial manager looking to expand their leadership skills within the sustainment portfolio of the Air Dominance SSBU. This subset of the portfolio consists of fixed-price contracts with a focus on Factory performance with a focus on HPU and material analysis. These are high visibility contracts with significant complexities and potential impact to portfolio metrics given the P&L impact associated with their performance. What You Will DoProvide financial oversight and support for program cost and control, proposals and estimating, financial planning and analysis, and budgets and planningCollaborate with program managers, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and financial objectivesEnsure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs)Utilize financial systems such as SAP, APEX, and AO or similar processes to manage program financials effectivelyCollect, analyze, and distribute information to support decision-making through various perspectivesLead and mentor team members to achieve program and financial successSupport the development and execution of financial strategies to meet program objectivesCommunicate financial performance and risks to senior leadership and stakeholdersQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experienceExperience in program controls Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar processesExperience in financial planning and analysis concepts, systems, and processesThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
