Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Woodcliff Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and determine appropriate diagnosis using the DSM-5, contributing to individualized care planning.

• Continuously assess and document patient progress, implementing tailored interventions and strategies that align with their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for meticulous documentation, ensuring all treatment records and clinical information are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect cultural diversity and specific needs, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate referrals and connect clients with additional resources, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Educate and mentor clinical interns and students, enhancing their learning experience while fostering a supportive educational environment.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical case discussions under the guidance of your clinical supervisor, contributing to team development and the quality of mental health services.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
