Position: Registered Nurse Location: Intermediate Care Unit - Surgical Step Down Schedule: 36 Hours (Day/Night / Rotating Weekends) ABOUT THE Critical Care/3W Intermediate Care Unit DEPARTMENT AT BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER: BMC's Surgical Step Down unit is a 38-bed unit providing care for intermediate level surgical patients. The patient population consists of post-operative and surgical specialty patients, including trauma, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, transplant patients and cardiothoracic surgery. Position Summary As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
