Project Manager

Project Manager

Our client is a UK-based technical consultancy and one of the most highly accredited HubSpot partners. They build the systems that run their clients' revenue operations: custom-coded customer portals, HubSpot CRM implementations, complex integrations and AI agents.

They work mostly with B2B businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and manual processes and need their tools to genuinely work together. The work is technical, varied, and high-stakes for the clients who depend on it.

Our client is hiring a Project Manager to take ownership of how their client projects and retainers are delivered. This sits at the centre of every engagement: you plan and run the work, you are the client's day-to-day contact for anything to do with their project, and you keep delivery moving when things get complicated.

What You'll Do:

• Run Delivery in Sprints
• Own Client Communication
• Keep Projects on Time and on Budget
• Protect Scope, Quality and the Relationship

What They're Looking For:

• Experience managing client projects in an agency, consultancy or professional-services environment
• A track record of delivering work on time and on budget, and staying calm and organised when plans change
• Experience handling quick turnaround projects and multiple project types
• Confident running structured delivery (sprints, plans and capacity) and comfortable with project-management tools
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a clear, professional communication style with clients
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the discipline to keep systems and records up to date
• Based in Cape Town and able to work with good overlap of UK business hours

Bonus Points

• Experience in a HubSpot, CRM, RevOps or software-delivery environment
• Familiarity with ClickUp (or a similar tool), HubSpot, and meeting tools like Fireflies
• Exposure to retainer or managed-service delivery

How You'll Work:

Remotely, as part of a UK-based delivery team, working with UK and international B2B clients. Day-to-day in ClickUp for sprints, tasks, time tracking and project plans; HubSpot for client context; Fireflies for meeting notes; and Teams and Outlook for internal coordination. In a supported role, with clear escalation paths into their delivery and technical leads.

What Success Looks Like:

• Projects land on time, on scope and on budget
• Sprints are predictable and delivery is always visible
• Clients are kept informed and rarely have to chase
• When things slip, deadlines are protected rather than quietly extended
• Issues and opportunities reach the Account Manager promptly

Location and Working Pattern:

This is a remote role. You will work as part of their UK delivery team, so they are looking for someone able to overlap comfortably with UK business hours. South Africa's time zone makes that overlap straightforward.

What They Offer:

• The chance to deliver high-impact, technical work for one of the world's leading HubSpot partners
• Real ownership of delivery from day one, with a supportive team around you
• Remote working and the autonomy that comes with it
• Plenty of room to grow as they scale their delivery function
